Lazio Betting

After beating Crotone in their last league game, Lazio will be facing a big challenge when they host in-form Atalanta at the Stadio Olimpico in the 21st round of the Italian Serie A.

The hosts have been very solid since the start of the season. Lazio have climbed their way up to the top four after getting good results in their last few games in the Serie A. The team have collected 9 points from a possible 12 in their last four league games. Their last match was against Crotone at home where they won 1-0.

Lazio are sitting fourth in the league table with 37 points from 11 wins, 4 draws and 4 losses. They have scored 33 goals and conceded 21 since the start of the campaign.

Felipe Anderson and Senad Lulic have served their suspensions and will be back in the starting XI to support Ciro Immobile up front. Keita Balde is the only unavailable player due to his call up to the Senegal squad for the Africa Cup of Nations, but there are also reports he is willing to leave.

The visitors have been very strong since the start of the season as well. Atalanta have gone five games without a loss before they stumbled and dropped points. However they have restored their form in the last few weeks with the team unbeaten in their last three games in Serie A. They have collected 7 points of a possible 12 in their last 4 league games. Their last game was against Chievo Verona away from home where they smashed them with 4 goals to one.

Atalanta are sitting in 7th place in the league table with 35 points from 11 wins, 2 draws and 6 losses. They have scored 31 goals and conceded 22 since the start of the season.

With Franck Kessie away with the Ivory Coast at the Africa Cup of Nations and Roberto Gagliardini now an Inter player, Gian Piero Gasperini is now without two of his three favourite midfielders. Alberto Grassi, who has returned to the team after an unsuccessful spell at Napoli, is expected to fill Gagliardini boots in the middle of the park.
